The focus is on how stories are told using every aspect of the art form - the writing, the direction, the acting, the lighting, the art direction - everything. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas and inspiration or look for those same things. This is not about the tools of the trade or how to find an agent or sell a movie - there are plenty of tribes for that already. The theory here is that great stories are the primary goal - all else falls inline afterwards.
